Ann Pang

Chief Executive Officer

Ann Pang from Canada and Hong Kong has lived in Hong Kong, UK, Canada, China, and Singapore. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Business and Finance Professional (BFP) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She began her career in the UK before joining Lagardère Travel Retail in 2004 in North America as Director of Corporate Planning. In 2011, she moved to Singapore as the CFO Asia and currently holds the position of CEO Singapore. With 20 years of experience in Travel Retail, Ann has been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion and operational excellence across Asia.

Deborah Wee

Vice President, Retail Operations and Commercial

Deborah Wee is from Singapore and spent 13 years in Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a major in Economics and is admitted as an Australian Lawyer and Officer of the Court in Victoria, Australia. Deborah joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2022 as the Commercial & Operations Executive Director. She oversees Business Development, Operations and Merchandising functions for Retail in Fashion, Travel Essentials, and Specialty categories. Deborah has over 10 years of experience in Asia Pacific retail management and a comprehensive background in luxury fashion, fine jewellery, and watches.

Jensen Low

Vice President, Dining Operations and Commercial

Jensen Low began his career with Marché in 2007, helping to open their first restaurant in Singapore. With over 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, he quickly rose to become Operations Director for Marché restaurants in Canada in 2011. Upon returning to Southeast Asia, Jensen took on the role of General Manager, and in 2022, he was appointed Marché Country Manager in Singapore. His extensive background and expertise in the Food and Beverage sector have been crucial to the growth and success of the dining business. He oversees Business Development, Operations and Purchasing functions for Dining.

Jackllyn Chau

Vice President, Human Resources, Talent Development and Administration

Jackllyn Chau from Malaysia and naturalized Singaporean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from the University of Bradford. Jackllyn has nearly 25 years of experience in HR across various industries. In 2019, she joined Lagardère Travel Retail as the Human Resource and Talent Development Manager. Known for her strength in HR management and compliance, she champions people’s engagement and development to enhance employees’ experience while advocating sustainable business practices through Corporate Social Responsibility.

Alan Lee

Vice President, Finance and Legal

Alan Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and is a member of CPA Australia. His career has been marked by a consistent commitment to professionalism and great leadership. Starting as a tax associate, he progressed through various roles including accountant, finance manager, and head of finance across different industries. Alan joined Lagardère Travel Retail in 2023, bringing a rich experience in Retail and Dining coupled with solution-focused business partnering to enhance business insight and operational efficiencies.
